Sick Banty rooster

Sick Banty rooster

I have a banty rooster, last falls hatch. He is acitng drunk, I have dusted him for mites, given him electrolytes, but not any better. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong with him. everybody else is fine.

Is he just having trouble walking? or does he seem drunk/dizzy?
